Finally, a gluten-free bar that doesn't taste like cardboard—the oats and coconut give it a nice chewy texture. I appreciate that it packs 8 grams of plant-based protein without any artificial aftertaste.

The organic coconut really comes through without being too sweet, and the rolled oats give it a satisfying chewiness that doesn't crumble everywhere. My only small wish is that the bar were a tiny bit bigger for the price.
